The students have had great behavior! We filled our first jar with marbles, and celebrated with a fort party last Friday. It was a lot of fun! Keep it up.
We've started our Name Research Projects. Thank you for filling out the parent interviews. The kids are researching books and online to find out more information about their name. They are really enjoying this. Look forward to a great end product!! More info to come.
We will be starting our spelling program, Words Their Way, next week. We will do an all class list as practice next week, so that we can all become familiar with the tasks that need to be completed each day. The test will be on Friday, September 27. The following week we will break into groups so that each student has a skill appropriate list for their level.
We are continuing our studies of the Personal Narrative in Writing, Matter in Science, and Unit 2 in Math.
